Shipping & Delivery

Our Promise

AXTREX Ltd. is a UK-based company, and all beauty products are dispatched directly from our UK facility. Every order is sent brand new, safety-sealed, and carefully hand-packaged with added protection to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday): Dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/public holidays: Dispatched the next working day.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent as soon as your order is on its way.

UK Orders

  • Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery (all shipments are insured).

  • Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 on orders over £30.

  • Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 on orders below £79.

  • Paid delivery upgrades available at checkout, including Saturday Delivery.

European Orders

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Orders are sent via express courier (tracked & insured).

  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday).

  • Import fees or duties are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Orders are sent via express courier (tracked & insured).

  • Delivery typically takes up to 7 working days (Monday–Friday).

  • Import fees or duties are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Orders

While the vast majority of deliveries are smooth and on time, in the rare case of a delay or missing item, please contact us immediately. We will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Open an investigation with the courier.

Once resolved, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
