Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your AXTREX products. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days from the delivery date – no hassle, no stress – provided the return meets the following conditions:
☑ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
☑ Seals, hygiene stickers, and safety packaging must be intact and untampered with.
☑ Include the return form inside your parcel (or a note with your full name, order number, and reason for return if you no longer have it).
Sending It Back to Us
You can use Royal Mail Tracked Returns to send your item back. Choose to book a collection or generate a free return QR code to scan at any Post Office. (Service excludes Northern Ireland).

For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Orders refused at delivery may incur a £5 restocking fee.

Multiple returns (3+ items) may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it has been accepted or declined.

Accepted Returns: A full refund (where applicable) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds: If applicable, we will contact you before processing.

Declined Returns: We will explain the reason and return the item to you at your expense.
Processing Time
We aim to process all returns within 2 working days of receipt. Refunds typically appear within 5 working days, though occasional delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.
