Processing Times
- Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri): Dispatched the same working day
- Orders placed after 3pm, weekends, or public holidays: Dispatched the next working day
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking is always provided once your order is on its way
European Orders
- All shipments sent via tracked & insured courier services
- Standard delivery: 2–5 working days (Mon–Fri)
- Free tracked delivery available above minimum order thresholds (see checkout)
- Express upgrades available, including weekend delivery in selected regions
International Orders
- Express courier (tracked & insured)
- Delivery: usually 5–7 working days (Mon–Fri)
- Import duties and taxes not included and remain the customer’s responsibility
Delivery Guarantee
In the rare case of a delay or missing order, please contact us immediately. We will either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Open a courier investigation and provide a full refund once resolved
