What’s Covered
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
From the day your order is delivered, we’ll replace or refund any watch that arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. Return shipping costs are on us.
24-Month Manufacturer Warranty
From the date of delivery, this warranty covers manufacturing defects in movements, hands, and dial. Any faulty components will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on case or strap).
- Water damage if the watch exceeds its rated resistance.
- Battery replacements after initial usage.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.
- Watches purchased from non-authorised sellers.
How to Make a Claim
Claims must be submitted by the original buyer via our Contact Form. Please include:
- Order number or confirmation receipt
- Full name
- A clear description (and photos, if possible) of the issue
If your claim is valid and within the warranty period, we will provide one of the following:
- A free repair or replacement
- A full refund
- Store credit towards your next purchase
Processing Time
We aim to review and resolve all warranty claims within 7–10 working days, keeping you updated at every stage.
Important: Submitting false claims will result in the customer being responsible for all courier and handling costs.
